Author Maddie James is seeking a virtual marketing assistant to coordinate book launches. She anticipates five to six launches throughout 2025. This work is paid per completed project and is not a part- or full-time position. The expected first launch is February 2025.
To be considered for this position, submit the following information to Maddie James by September 22, 2024.
1. Share your marketing and/or virtual assistant experiences. Note if you currently work with authors.
2. Submit a book launch plan to support discovery, increased exposure, and
elevated sales. Proven strategies, as well as non-traditional ideas, are encouraged.
3. Include a timeline with your book launch plan.
4. Include any potential costs associated with the implementation of the plan.
5. Include your fee to coordinate and implement the plan as you have outlined.
Deadline to submit your information is September 22, 2024. Maddie will conduct virtual interviews with select candidates the week of September 23-27.
