Ebooks and Audiobooks
Ebooks and Audiobooks are digital products and are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final. 

Defective or Damaged Ebook or Audiobook files
If you determine that a file is damaged or missing, please contact us via the contact form for a replacement file or store credit.

Difficulty with Download or Getting Files to Your Device
This is not a defect of the file. If you are having difficulty downloading or properly accessing ebook or audiobook files, contact customer service at the "Help" link on the bookfunnel.com landing page for the book. They can help guide you through the steps to access your digital files. Difficulty with download is not cause for a refund.

Returns & Refunds for Paperback Books
Our paperback book sales are handled by a third party vender. Please contact us through the contact form if your product is damaged or missing, and we will work with the vendor. Books are returnable or refundable only if they are damaged or undelivered. 

Gift Boxes and Subscription Boxes
We have a No Return Policy for gift boxes and subscriptions. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription boxes. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our boxes. However, if you receive an item in your box that is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your box and we will work with you to replace the item.
